We believe that every human entered this world with a vision inside their hearts. Your vision may be peace for the world, or harmony amongst all nations. Yours may be a vision of wholeness and restoration for our planet Earth. It may be to feel joy--no matter what is happening around you or to build a school.
Whatever your vision, we honor you as a true visionary. And this world needs the vision and dream that only you can bring to life. You are the only one who can see from your unique perspective, who has your unique set of memories, gifts, and skills to bring this vision into being.
Your vision is just the right size. It isn’t too small or insignificant. It isn’t too big or insurmountable. It is perfect because it comes from your heart.
No matter the darkness, pain, or illusion you have traversed on your way to this moment… No matter how long this dream, this vision, has been buried inside your heart… Even if you didn’t know it existed until this very moment…
Your vision is not too late in arriving. It is right on time. You are exactly where you need to be to receive it and live it into its fullness of being. You have everything you need to give birth to this vision, to your purpose. All of creation is conspiring to support you.
When you were born, you arrived with the seed of this vision safely nestled inside your heart and soul. And, if you’re like many of us, you also arrived with veils that have temporarily obscured your ability to see the big vision inside your heart. Haven’t you always felt that there was a larger purpose to your life here? How many times have you asked yourself this question?
This is a very special time in human history when the veils are being lifted--for all of us. May you cultivate the courage to take one step and then another in the direction of your big vision.

The Inspired Vision Process
Find one of your favorite places to write, and take a few moments to breathe and relax. Once you feel in touch with yourself, pick up your pen and embark on this exciting and inspiring journal exercise.
1. Your divine purpose: Ask the Divine to show you how it wants to use you for the good of all. Even if you think already know what this is, allow yourself to see and know your purpose through the eyes of your warrior.
2. Calling on the power of your imagination: Unleash your imagination and creativity. Allow yourself to see a vision of your future in which you're passionately living your purpose and exuding profound courage and confidence.
3. Your divine resources: Make a list of the actions you would take, the people you would surround yourself with, and the resources you would need to move forward with your divine wisdom.
4. Acknowledging your fear: Make a list of the fears you have about living your divine vision. Give voice to the fear, and as you make the list, send love to this part of yourself.
5. Being in the presence of your vision: Put in place a simple practice or activity that keeps you in the presence of your divine vision every day.

Hamilton: The Inventive Storytelling of a Musical Sensation

Megan McQueen, NMSU Drama Professor, and dynamite actors are presenting key songs from the Broadway musical Hamilton. Megan will be introducing the setting and songs as well as discussing the team who created the Hamilton production and its impact on the arts. Choreography and design elements will be explained in this wonderful introduction to the most popular musical of the 21st Century. As an avid Broadway musical attendee, McQueen has spent much time learning about the musical “Hamilton” and attending it in NYC twice, as well as attending workshops with original cast members. McQueen has followed the composer since attending his first musical hit “In The Heights” in 2007, even before it went to Broadway.
